SHIPPING POLICY

Dax & Milo strives to keep our shipping cost reasonable while maintaining quality delivery methods to ensure your products arrive safely. 

 

All items ship via USPS First Class Mail within 3-5 business days. Dax & Milo also offers local delivery within 1-2 business days for a standard $3 fee, as well as store pickup in Montecito, CA within 1-2 business days. Please wait for notification that your order has been fulfilled before picking up your order. Your name and order confirmation will be needed for pickup. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

In case you are dissatisfied with your purchase, Dax & Milo has a straight forward refund or exchange policy so that you can buy with confidence.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You may return your unused bag/s within 30 business days. For damaged bags, you have 30 days for a return with a full refund or *exchange.

 

*For exchanges, it is not guaranteed the same outer fabric print will be available. Damaged bags are only for those with obvious sewing imperfections such as seems coming undone. If you have used your bag in ways that are not suggested, your bag is not covered. This includes, but not limited to, microwaving, washing on high temperature settings, drying on high temperature settings, using extremely hot substances inside, ironing, freezing, using bleach and other harsh chemicals. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed, and it is the purchaser’s financial responsibility to pay for returned items.
